Our product is a cloud-based staff scheduling and shift management software solution, designed for long-term care and senior living. Responsible for technical and non-technical customer support for our SaaS based software application.
Profile of a successful candidate:
Basic technology aptitude required (previous software support preferred)
Capacity to manage multiple tasks, stays calm under pressure
Organized and detail oriented
Upbeat with an ability to quickly establish solid relationships and effectively engage customers
Knowledge of the healthcare industry is a plus
