Customer Support Representative Kimbia
THIS JOB HAS EXPIRED Kimbia?s Product Support Engineer provides the technical expertise, assistance and project coordination necessary to assess and resolve technical problems for Kimbia?s customers. This role will work closely with other members of the Development and Product Support teams in order to provide swift, efficient and consistent resolutions for customers.
Location: Austin, TX
Reports to: Manager of Delivery Services
Duties & Responsibilities
Provide customer support and technical issue resolution via internal case management systems
Answer product and process related questions posed by customer through an internal case ?management system
Track and maintain constant communication with the customer from the beginning to the end ?of any established case, issue or concern
Maintain positive and loyal relationship between Kimbia and its ?customers
Configuration and support for website implementations on our Cloud infrastructure, Domain and SSL Certification purchases and installation, configuration of new project environments
Recommend changes in software to improve user functionality and eliminate problems
Assist in project implementations and website support as needed, purchasing domains and SSL Certs, managing cloud infrastructure hosting configuration and set up
Accessible to work varying hours supporting programs that run through weekends and overnight
Preferred Experience, Skills and Education
Bachelor?s degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university; or one or two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
New college graduates will be considered, though 1 + years experience in a similar position is preferred
Previous experience in a software development company is a plus
Strong written and oral communication skills
