Join the Gnip support team and help us provide our customers with enterprise-level technical support. From troubleshooting issues to collaborating with customers to improve their products, you will play a major role in our customers' success, as well as Gnip's as we continue to grow rapidly.
Extreme attention to detail
An excellent verbal and written communicator
Ability to understand new problems through self-driven research and discovery
Ability to comfortably work directly with customers of all types (developers, product managers, enterprise-level executives, etc.)
Possess an abundantly-positive attitude, and an inherent desire to learn new things
Bonus for programming knowledge or experience, experience working with APIs
Interact with customers via email and phone to work through and resolve technical issues
Assist customers as they integrate with Gnip's APIs
Provide internal support to sales and account management in the areas of product functionality and technical details
Create customer-facing technical self-help materials and documentation
