Customer Support Representative Billtrust

This position is responsible for ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction by successfully responding and resolving customer questions in a timely and professional manner. The successful candidate must have the ability to implement proven troubleshooting techniques associated with computer usage and technical software support and escalate urgent problems requiring more in-depth knowledge to the appropriate internal resource. This entry level position is neither a programming position nor a typical customer service position. The ideal candidate must possess technical savvy and have the ability to troubleshoot customer issues of a technical and complex nature.
