We are seeking individuals that are dedicated to providing a positive customer experience to fill important customer service positions. In this role, you will work with physical therapy clinics to help them efficiently use Clinicient?s system and to work to resolve issues. You will be comfortable in small, agile teams, adapting to new processes and products. You are excited by the opportunity to positively impact our client?s businesses and increase their ability to provide therapeutic services to their patients.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Fielding inbound customer support requests and assisting customers as needed
Conduct web meetings to train and educate customers
Manage support cases through resolution
Find innovative ways to improve the customer experience
Create educational articles and videos
Be a product expert to show customers features and benefits of services
Utilize support tools to track cases and monitor key metrics
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Successful history of working with customers in a support or services role
Proficient in the use of technology
Experiencing working in the healthcare and/or technology field preferred
Experience in client support and services in a smaller company is ideal
At least 3-5 years of experience in working directly with customers
