THIS JOB HAS EXPIRED Nitro is hiring a Customer Support Representative. You will assist customers with product issues and requests including software installation, activation and upgrades with the end goal of delivering an exceptional experience for our customers.
You have experience providing customer service or technical support in a software business, exceptional written and verbal communication skills and excellent customer service skills. You have a sound approach to solving problems and can communicate with customers and partners with confidence. You have proactively made suggestions and developed initiatives for improving customer experience. If you?re going to do something might as well do it well, right?
