Nitro is hiring a Customer Care Representative. You will assist customers and partners Saturday - Wednesday via email and phone with product issues and requests including software installation, activation and upgrade issues. You will perform all your duties with the customer?s best interests always in mind, and be able to work with other employees and departments (e.g. Sales, Product) to deliver an exceptional experience for our customers.
You have experience providing customer service or technical support in a software business (internal IT help desk does not qualify), exceptional written and verbal communication skills and excellent customer service skills. You have a sound approach to solving problems and can communicate with customers and partners with confidence. You have proactively made suggestions and developed initiatives for improving customer experience. If you?re going to do something might as well do it well, right?
