Customer Support Specialist Cleveland HeartLab
THIS JOB HAS EXPIRED Cleveland HeartLab, Inc. is a rapidly growing specialty clinical laboratory and disease management company focused on biomarker technologies. We are located in the Midtown Corridor of Cleveland and are searching for a Customer Support Specialist.
The essential responsibilities include:
Answer incoming phone calls from patients, physicians, clients, reference laboratories, and sales representatives.
Answer questions and address concerns regarding sample handling, patient results, complaints, general inquiries, etc.
Order supplies for customers.
Log appropriate calls and/or complaints into appropriate software system.
Make outbound calls to physicians, clients, and other reference laboratories to inquire about questions received from our own laboratory.
Data entry to maintain accuracy of all systems vital to company operations.
Job qualifications include:
High School Degree or GED.
Previous customer service or call center experience.
Ability to work independently.
Excellent verbal and written skills.
Excellent phone etiquette.
Able to establish priorities.
Proficient in using Microsoft Office including Excel and Word
