Provide world class customer support to direct customers worldwide as well as the ZELTIQ domestic Sales team. This position requires an extensive understanding of company products and processes especially those related to sales processes and sales administrative concepts and policies.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following (other duties may be assigned.):
? Answer incoming telephone calls from internal and external customers according to standards set and exercise judgment in the handling of the call.
? Answer incoming prospect patient telephone calls and email inquiries according to standards set and exercise judgment in the handling of the call.
? Provide education and upsell the CoolSculpting Procedure for prospect patients via our Microsite Pilot Program. Maintain excellent communication skills.
? Assist Customer Support team with aspects of the entire order to cash process for direct customers
? Assist Customer Support team with all aspects of the direct customer sales process through order processing, scheduling, logistics and overall account management; fulfills assigned administrative order to cash obligations.
? Utilize the ERP system (SAP) to enter orders in SAP for systems, consumables, sales trunk stock, process refunds and credits in a timely manner.
? Assist with updates to SAP and SFDC
? Assist team with CoolNet requests, file reconciliation as time permits
? Perform the processes related to the sales and marketing programs.
? Develops and cultivates favorable relationships with existing and potential customers.
? Perform other related duties as assigned.
? Associate?s degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience. A minimum of 1-3 years related experience required. Previous experience in supporting the sales process for a medical device company.
? Previous experience in managing timely sales and service order processing and documentation completion.
? Able to work on assignments that are semi-routine in nature where ability to recognize deviation from accepted practice is required.
? Strong ability to multi-task throughout day on both phone queues and email.
? Excellent communications skills, both written and oral. Excellent organizational skills.
? Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access).
? Experience with saleforce.com preferred.
? Highly motivated and dedicated individual.
? Responsible for performing all duties in compliance with FDA?s Quality System Regulation (QSR), ISO13485, the Canadian Medical Device Regulations, and all other international regulatory requirements with which ZELTIQ complies.
