Cybersecurity Sales Director Kratos SecureInfo

This position is responsible for securing new account business for Kratos SecureInfo in an assigned territory / market. Meeting assigned booking objectives is the ultimate responsibility of the job while upholding the highest ethical standards of the company. Other responsibilities include: developing market awareness of the companys cybersecurity capabilities, implementing local marketing campaigns, prospecting for major sales opportunities, developing a strong pipeline, and developing relevant partnerships that will result in achievement of booking objectives. Must possess strong communications, services sales, and customer relation skills. Must have basic ability to understand and convey relevant information about the companys cybersecurity capabilitiies.
Meet assigned cybersecurity booking objectives in assigned territory / market.
Increase awareness of Kratos SecureInfo cybersecurity capabilities.
Develop and implement prospecting/sales campaigns.
Negotiate contracts and agreements within approved guidelines.
Complete pipeline reports and other sales reporting on a timely and accurate basis.
Operate with a high level of integrity.
Experience and Skills:
Keen awareness and knowledge of the cybersecurity market, including key capabilities, major competitors, differentiators, and the dynamics of the cybersecurity market.
Customer prospecting from new and existing relationships.
Experience selling services and solutions.
Ability to grow and manage accounts in the fourtune 1000.
Experience managing and forecasting sales pipeline activity.
Proposal development and scoping experience.
Must be connected to the general/informal business network in the target market to be or become aware of all major cybersecurity projects in the target market.
In-depth knowledge of Kratos SecureInfo capabilities.
Must have competitive knowledge of competitors, their markets, products, and pricing strategies.
Ability to contribute to company cybersecurity positioning and strategy.
High integrity and trustworthiness.
Ability to travel as required.
Proficient with Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint
Proficient with Outlook and the Internet
Ability to report to work during customary or specically assigned working hours
Ability to interact effectively with peers and supervisors
Ability to adhere to workplace rules
Possess a valid Drivers License
Knowledge of Healthcare and Utilities sectors are a plus
5+ years, successful sales of cybersecurity services. Must demonstrate a consistent and proven pattern of sales success in the target market.
Must possess the ability to market, prospect and propose major cybersecurity projects.
Must be professional and articulate with high-level communication skills.
