We are seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented individual who is interested in procurement and optimization of digital display advertising to work with proprietary and best-in-class technology partners to create unique value in execution and management of digital display advertising. Depending on skillset and interest, the Account Specialist will be tasked with deliverables in one of two distinct areas: Reporting or Trafficking.
The Account Specialist in Reporting will lead day to day campaign reporting, driving campaign decisions by delivering actionable digital data that supports evaluating performance against campaign goals. The role will include:
Data Management ? refreshing data for storage within database and other report templates
Reporting & Dashboards ? delivering internal report monitors and client delivery and performance dashboards
Report Strategy and Process ? collaborating with internal Core Audience teams to continue to build out analytics discipline as foundation of each campaign management decision through metrics identification and reporting design
The Trafficking Account Specialist will lead implementation of programmatic structural change and works to translate account manager vision into tactical reality. This role will provide opportunities for the right candidate to create:
New account structure ? employ best practices to ensure accounts are created to allow effective management
Optimization-based change-implement program additions and optimization-based structural changes identified by program performance
Daily campaign trafficking maintenance-implement frequency, targeting, and daypart mods requested by AMs
New account QA and trouble-shooting- check to ensure new accounts are properly structured, activated, and tagged
The ideal candidate(s) will have prior online reporting experience with tools such as Excel, Access, and familiarity with digital platforms such as DoubleClick DFA, Atlas DMT or similar campaign management systems.
Prior experience with bid management platforms and active campaign optimization efforts is a plus.
Reporting Account Specialist will:
Support the analytics practice within the Core Audience team, through data management and data aggregation, with key responsibility of delivering views for optimization tactics
Evaluate data fields from multiple sources and design reporting dashboards highlighting key performance indicators
Identify reporting and data discrepancies and support process for quality assurance
Design reporting templates and dashboards that can be systematically produced and scalable across multiple campaigns
Learn Core Audience reporting practice and be driven to increase tool, marketplace, client, and team knowledge.
Trafficking Account Specialist will:
Build and modify structure of client campaigns as necessary to achieve client goals
Handle daily campaign maintenance including questions regarding tracking and status of various campaigns
Work with agency partners to ensure creative assets are scheduled
Trafficking of campaign tags into ad exchange environments
Work with media partners to ensure accurate platform implementation
Troubleshoot issues on all pre-production and live campaigns
Oversee and resolve weekly and/or daily campaign QA reports to ensure accurate campaign results and trafficking routines
Learn Core Audience trafficking practice and be driven to increase tool, marketplace, client, and team knowledge.
4-year college degree, preferably in Marketing, Mathematics, or related field
1+ years of media reporting and analytics
Preferred 1+ years of experience in DoubleClick DFA, Doubleclick Dart Search, Atlas DMT, and/or similar digital platform tools
Proficiency in Microsoft Office solutions, particularly Excel, Access, and PowerPoint
Strong analytical thinking and mathematical skills and strong attention to detail
Excellent interpersonal communication and writing skillsAbility to organize and manage detail work communicate project status effectively to all levels
