RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:Work with mathematical modelers, biologists and clinical trial coordinators to solicit requirements for data
Design, optimize, manage and query MySQL databases
Import, learn and understand clinical trial data from different sources
Design, code, test and document data transformation engines to suit the needs of users
Support and create tools for users' data analysis needs
Implement processes to ensure the quality and integrity of the data
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum of BS in Computer Science or Information systems.
MySQL database administration and tuning
SQL queries and query optimization
Python
Familiarity with clinical trial data a plus
Familiarity with Software Engineering a plus
Committed to creating efficient, correct and streamlined solutions
Eagerness to work in a team-oriented, multidisciplinary, small company environment
