Overview:
Talyst is focused on providing innovative and reliable solutions that help acute and extended care pharmacies run more intelligently. The Data Analyst will be responsible for working with customer data subject matter expert(s) in order to set up databases for Talysts software products for use in a production / operational environment. By working closely with members of the Implementation Team, the Data Analyst will act as the customers, data import focal point.
Responsibilities:
Perform data review, import activities, and data validation for the implementation of Talyst automation products specifically defining and populating Talysts application databases with the appropriate customer data.
Document the steps used to import and store the customers data so that it can be referred to once the customer is transitioned to the Talyst Support organization.
Create, maintain and manipulate queries for reporting on a regular basis.
Provide customer training explaining the data and required format that is needed.
Provide input for continuous improvement of the data import process with a focus on ways to shorten the interval time required to import the customer data.
Partner closely with the Implementation team to ensure a positive customer experience and seamless launch of Talyst products.
Represent Talyst on customer conference calls and meetings as needed.
Support and promote the Talyst values through positive interactions with both internal and external stakeholders on a regular basis.
Other initiatives and projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
3+ years of data analysis work in data operations.
Ability to write SQL queries.
Ability to analyze technical issues and troubleshoot problems with customer data and/or Talysts database schema.
Minimum 3 years of experience with popular and commonly used PC hardware, PC operating systems, and databases (I.e., Windows2000/XP, SQL, Microsoft Server).
Ability to organize priorities and meet project schedule dates. Skilled at coordinating with customers to insure timely delivery of data.
Written and oral communications skills with direct experience interacting with all levels of staff and management within an organization.
Working Conditions: The job conditions for this position are in a standard office setting. Employees in this position use PC and phone on an on-going basis throughout the day. Ability to travel up to 10 of the time and as needed.
