Targeted offers are placed directly on customers? online banking pages, one of the most trusted and widely used, yet least penetrated, consumer channels. The platform is entirely merchant-funded with advertisers targeting consumers based on spending patterns.
Cardlytics is looking for three highly motivated and analytical self-starters to expand its Data Analysis Team. Candidates should have a desire to assist in various analysis and strategy efforts within an innovative and fast paced environment while simultaneously helping to build a winning company.
Responsibilities
Line-by-line reviews of large amounts of data for quality control purposes
Performing basic analysis aimed to identify and categorize various pieces of data
Evaluating existing methods for performing analysis and work to optimize the process over time
Developing reports to illustrate results of analysis
Working closely with both Technology and Business teams

Skills & Work Experience
Must enjoy combing through data for long periods of time
Must be highly analytical and detail-oriented with proven ability to present detailed metrics using Excel, Word and/or PowerPoint
Ability to prioritize work and multi-task effectively in a start-up environment
Experience in performing basic analyses of data transmitted from multiple sources and in a variety of forms
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
SQL experience preferred but candidates with demonstrated aptitude and strong interest in learning SQL encouraged to apply
Recent college graduates strongly encouraged to apply

Schedule & Compensation
Full-Time (40 hrs/week). This is a temporary position with the potential to become long-term for the right person
$15-$20/hr, commensurate with experience
