The Data Analyst will be responsible for the support, management and implementation of carrier projects.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The duties will include:
Maintain effective and productive carrier relationships.
Read/analyze business requirement documents and create development plans.
Analyze customer downstream processes and integrations to help identify and develop efficient test strategies.
Develop programming logic to accomplish various tasks.
Transform XML source documents to ACORD 103 XML using XSLT.
Be able to identify issues with existing code or logic and determine solution
Communicate frequently and effectively with management level personnel
Discuss project progress and issues in management level meetings
Organize and maintain workflow for various projects
Proactively coordinate activities of the client to ensure that key processes assigned are completed effectively and efficiently
Undertake various duties as assigned
Communicate to internal personnel status of projects
Life Insurance Industry Knowledg
ACORD Standards Knowledge
XML/Flat Files Processing Knowledge
Knowledge of XML, XPath and XSLT
Experience with agile software development methodologies
Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in PC office products such as Word, Excel/Excel formulas, and Access.
Ability to organize, prioritize, monitor and control workflow deadlines and be flexible.
Ability to work under pressure with attention to detail.
Ability to learn quickly and work independently.
Ability to function effectively in a team environment.
Ability to represent iPipeline in a professional manner to clients.
Ability to maintain positive mental attitude in highly flexible environment.
