Flurry is seeking a highly quantitative and business-savvy data analyst to support our internal analytics team. The successful candidate will enjoy combining data exploration with solid business acumen to drive insights that help us better serve our analytics customers. The Business Data Analyst will work across teams within
Flurry and have broad exposure to customers and key decision-makers.

Requirements:
? Design, develop and maintain dashboards and reports that provide essential business intelligence for our analytics product that 85,000 mobile apps rely on every day
? Identify key trends and usage patterns to inform business decisions and help us better understand the needs of our customers
? Work with the product team to design a data collection strategy that is efficient, scalable, and easily implemented
? Complete ad hoc analyses as requested
? Help create and track KPIs that measure Flurry Analytics performance
Required skills:
? 2-3 years experience as a data analyst; experience in mobile a plus
? Excellent Excel skills, including pivot capabilities, analysis add-ons, macros
? Solid SQL skills; experience querying and joining large data sets
? Ability to turn data-driven insights into business action
? Excellent interpersonal and communications skills; ability to talk to technical and business audiences
?Proven ability to flourish in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects
? Motivated, organized self-starter comfortable in a start-up environment
? B.S. in math, economics, business, engineering or other quantitative field
? Avid mobile gamer a plus
