These include: Consulting, Auditing, Invoice Processing, Claims Tracking, Provisioning, Wireless Device Support and Telecom Contract negotiations. We provide our Fortune 500 clients with detailed analysis of telecommunications vendor invoices that frequently self-fund out services through the reduction in a client?s telecom expenses.
Job Title: Data Analyst
Responsibilities:
Managing the flow of Wireline and Wireless electronic billing files from multiple providers into core data staging tables and all downstream applications
Checking data for integrity and consistency using pre-defined quality control checks, escalating issues to appropriate groups and submitting requests for new client orders
Oversee the loading of billing data from multiple sources using pre-defined loading procedures
Track the receipt of data on a consistent and regular basis using available tools
Follow up with multiple operating companies to acquire appropriate data files as needed
Verify incoming data is timely and consistent to prior data sets
Interface with multiple operating companies to correct data integrity issues
Interface with a development team to work through changes in file and/or data layouts
Performs other duties as assigned and directed
Document and outline processes across multiple web applications
Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree or two years business experience
Helpdesk experience a plus
