The Client Services Data Analyst reports to the Analytics manager and provides insightful reports to Bunchball clients, demonstrating the efficacy of Bunchball Gamification. The ideal candidate enjoys unraveling data riddles and takes responsibility for ensuring customer satisfaction. Your ability to partner with the Digital Strategy team will ensure clients deploy programs designed around their core objectives with data structured in a way that ensures both points of optimization and success metrics can be recognized.ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
--Work with clients to document pertinent deployment details for establishing a measurement plan
--Create, maintain and update MySQL database of queries for internal and client-facing reporting
--Update and maintain client workbooks
--Participate in deep-dive analytics projects, helping to define best practices and establishing gamification-specific metrics
ESSENTIAL JOB REQUIREMENTS:
--Experience in writing MySQL queries
--Interest in testing hypotheses with data
--Ability to convert data points into stories
Education and Experience:
--Minimum 2 years of experience in Analytical role
--Degree in an analytical, or quantitative field preferred(Economics, Engineering, Mathematics)
--Understanding of business statistics
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
--Knowledge and experience with Excel, MySQL, Access and Tableau
