The Analytics Team uses edo?s data to improve internal operations and external relationships with our partners. We are responsible for offer targeting and optimization as well as campaign management and reporting. Advertiser Analytics provide pre-sales insights and post-campaign analytics to our sales team and works closely with sales, account management, operations, and technology teams.
Develop insights for particular retail categories based on advertiser needs and transaction data, including analyzing competitor share, defining consumer segments for marketing and offer optimization, and determining key metrics for different categories.
Support edo?s account management team and marketing efforts by demonstrating advertising performance on edo?s platform.
Promote the continued adoption of ?Test & Learn? approach to maximize return on marketing actions, and work with stakeholders to translate analytical findings into actionable insights.
Drive continuous improvement of the offer metrics/KPIs on which edo benchmarks performance.
Support efforts to optimize offer construct, improve consumer targeting, and manage yield.
Support efforts to develop performance reports and dashboards for internal and external use.
3-5 years? experience in Marketing Analytics, preferably at a major retailer (must have statistics background, ability to work directly with transaction-level data, and knowledge of SQL and statistical software).
Experience with segmentation/cohorting strategies and techniques preferred; experience with data visualization preferred.
Outstanding communication skills, including proven experience in making complex subject matter accessible to a broader audience.
Intellectual Curiosity ? a willingness to work outside strict job description parameters, thinking creatively about how to provide the highest level of service.
An unyielding team-first mentality, with a willingness to ?lean in? in a start-up environment.
