Responsible for analyzing and presenting KPI data that demonstrates the E2open?s solution effectiveness for customers.
Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Support the develop strategies and initiatives to measure and monitor solution effectiveness and value delivered for all E2open customers.
Definition and refinement of KPIs and Metrics for all E2open solutions.
Collaborate with the Data Architect (Solutions Engineering), R&D, and Support Operations to automate and centralize measurement and monitoring of individual customer solutions.
Support roll-out of measurement and monitoring for all E2open customers.
Collaborate with Professional Services (Solution and Integration Architects and Program Directors) to adapt and roll-out KPIs and metrics for each individual customer solution.
Support E2open Support Operations to measure and monitor KPIs and metrics across all E2open Customer Solutions.
Support centralized data enrichment activities for all E2open customer solutions
Manage E2open-wide Meta Data as it is collected and cataloged and stored.
Coordinate with all stake-holders to manage and execute data normalization and enrichment activities on a regular basis.
Support the generation of reports/charts using the collected metrics and KPIs
Manage the coordinate the communication of these results across E2open and external consumers.
