Essential Responsibilities

Actively participates in collecting, evaluating, and analyzing data to provide recommendations.
Duties in Detail

Develop reports that clearly state implications and potential courses of action for business strategy.
Responsible for special projects that provide analytical support for larger company projects.
Analyze, streamline, and standardize the reporting process.
Produce weekly project dashboards and reports.
Analyze all data and reports for accuracy and relevancy.
Develop queries for data extraction and generation of new reports.
Provide ad hoc analysis services using Excel, Access (or other relational database tools).
Help meet management information needs of internal clients according to established standards.
Assist management and perform all necessary functions to meet strategic standards and objectives.
Analyze customer requests for changes/new requirements to production system, determine impact on existing systems processes and develop appropriate specifications, enhancements, and/or procedures to comply.
Assist senior team members with current issues.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree including classes in statistics.
Advanced Excel ExperienceAccess or other database experience preferred.
Analyst experience preferred but not required.
Solid communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to complete strategic data analysis and interpret data.
Experience in supporting users by producing reports.
Able to handle a constant flow of requests and respond quickly to changing priorities.
Ability to work in a team environment.
Ability to learn quickly.
Strong attention to detail.
Take initiative to research and resolve issues.
Ability to multi-task.
Manage own work and seeks help when needed.
