Data Center Engineer Host Analytics, Inc.

Position Summary:
Host Analytics is seeking a Data Center Engineer in the Ponca City, OK office. This person will provide support in regards to the configuration, administration and hosting the Host Analytics CPM product suite. He or she will be responsible for monitoring network and systems health, and respond appropriately to system and network alerts. He or she will also provide support to internal and external customers that are related to the hosting and database environments. This position will assist in applying code updates to the Host Analytics CPM product suite.
Responsibilities:

Provide first line support for Hosting and Database Infrastructure.

Network and Systems monitoring and alert resolution.

Tenant copies and creation.

Research and provide recommendations on company infrastructure changes/improvements

Document solutions and procedures for future reference.

Perform application updates as needed.

Work to resolve customer issues within ticketing system.

Project Management

Requirements:

BS Degree in MIS, Computer Science or related discipline

Ability to quickly learn and support new applications/processes.

1-2 years of experience with Microsoft SQL 2005/2008

1-2 years of experience with IIS 7.0 +

A working knowledge of Cloud Computing and SaaS applications.
