Data Conversion and Migration Developer (.Net) CH Mack

CH Mack is looking for motivated, team oriented individuals to join an ambitious software company making a powerful impact in the healthcare industry.Primary Responsibilities:
Responsible for automating the load, conversion, transformation, and exception handling required for data migration from the current application and multiple external interfaces into a new leading edge medical management enterprise system.
Design, develop, implement and test new Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) programs using Microsoft .Net 4.0, SQL Server 2008/2008R2, and SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS).
Analyze source data and create a mapping and transformation plan for data migration.
Develop and deploy efficient and optimized SSIS packages to complete data mapping and migration.
Design and development of reusable solution to ensure quality, scalability, and reliability.
Interface with existing web service library to retrieve or submit data.
Interact with the business analysts and development team to establish file formats, required data elements, setup transmission, and delivery of files.
Create mapping documentation detailing fields and transformations from source and target systems.
Create design standards and documentation for reference by developers and customers.
Work with the architecture team to implement best practices and design patterns.
Skills / Qualifications:
Minimum of 3+ years of experience with Microsoft .Net framework (preferably version 3.5 and above) using C# and/or VB.Net languages.
Minimum of 3+ years of experience with SQL Server 2005 or greater.
Minimum of 2+ years of data migration and conversion experience from one application to another.
Minimum of 2+ years of experience in coding SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) packages.
Expertise in Object Oriented Programming and design patterns.
Experience with SQL scripts and stored procedures.
Familiarity with WCF services.
Experience with healthcare field a plus.
Excellent communication, analytical and problem solving skills.
Eligibility Requirements:
Full-time employee, no contractors
Ability to work full-time, on-site, at company headquarters located in Cincinnati, OH.
Ability to work individually and as part of the team in a fast paced Agile environment.
Bachelor degree in computer science, engineering or related field preferred; equivalent work experience in related field will be considered.
