POSITION SUMMARY: The Conversion Manager oversees the MINDBODY Conversion Team (Data Conversion Coordinators and Data Conversion Specialists of all levels) and the conversion process as a whole in order to execute strategies.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: This is a representative list of the general duties the position may be asked to perform and is not intended to be all-inclusive. Other duties may be assigned as required.
Coordinate recruitment and training for the Conversion Team Oversee the method by which we convert clients to MINDBODY software
Monitor client and team satisfaction as it relates to the conversion process, and use feedback to implement necessary improvement.
Be the primary contact for Conversion Department escalations, via phone and email.
Create and manage project plans, policies, and processes for the development of conversion tools and materials. Ensure these are properly documented.
Work closely with Data Conversion Specialists and Development to monitor use and application of existing conversion tools and materials and initiate improvements as necessary.
Assist Conversion Team members to define goals, manage deliverables, and acquire necessary resources as needed to do so.
Coordinate ongoing training for the Conversion Team, focusing on effective communication, productivity, and technical skills.
Track workload, quality, and productivity measurements within the Conversion Team as a whole, as well as for individual members.
Perform performance coaching with members of the Conversion Team as needed.
Plan and host weekly team meetings.
Aid in the development of direct reports through:
Monthly meetings to discuss challenges, needs, and current successes.
Opportunity for professional development.
Providing clear direction and goals.
Holding direct reports accountable for their contributions.
Evaluate and document job performance into an Annual Performance Evaluation for each direct report.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS: Qualifications, Education, and Experience:
Bachelor?s Degree or technical certificate related to database management or information technology/systems management, or four years of equivalent work related experience.
Three years of previous management and leadership experience.
Alignment with MINDBODY culture and core values.
Preferred: two years of data conversion, project management, and customer service experience
To give each individual the necessary skills to accomplish this job successfully, MINDBODY will provide product and process training. Each individual will be tested on and must pass requirements for each of the above duties at a satisfactory level.
Ability to read, and analyze team member/customer questions.
Ability to clearly write feedback and review material in reviews for direct reports.
Ability to communicate complex processes in simple ways.
Ability to effectively present information (oral and written) to a variety of audiences.
Advanced knowledge of:
Database and internet based software
Microsoft Access and Excel
Intermediate knowledge of:
Internet browsers and settings
Productivity tools and email
Wellness business operations
Typing: 40-60 WPM.

SCOPE OF SUPERVISION/AUTHORITY: This position will directly supervise all members of the Conversion Team, including Data Conversion Coordinators, Data Conversion Specialists, and any future job roles on that team. Responsibilities are performed with limited supervision. The Conversion Manager plays a key role in recruiting, supervising, evaluating, mentoring, and if necessary, dismissing those on the Conversion Team, while full hiring authority belongs to the department Director. Decision-making authority is broad due to the scope of assignments, and the Conversion Manager position can operate successfully with little direct supervision, all operational changes particularly those relating to job function changes, raises, and anything budget-related must be agreed upon by the department Director.
