The data entry and fulfillment clerk reports to the data operations manager. Primary tasked with entering consumer data received via email, fax or regular mail. Secondary tasks include A variety of interoffice projects designed to utilize your current skill base with opportunities for growth and development. Other filing and clerical work as assigned.
Essential Job Functions:
Enter form data submitted via fax, email or regular mail, make corrections as necessary.
Print, fold, collate, stamp and mail forms and documents.
Log consumer inquiries via email, phone, regular mail and fax.
Update service requests using online service ticketing system.
Work closely with the Tier II support team and client services to ensure requests are fulfilled in accordance with internal guidelines and schedules.
Communicate with Data Operations Manager and Tier II team current backlog and time to process.
Essential Job Requirements:
Strong data entry skills, problem solving and multitasking
Good verbal and written communications skills.
Reliable self -starter able to work day to day with minimal supervision.
Must be proficient in standard office productivity tools (MS Word, Excel, Outlook Email etc)
Demonstrated ability to learn by doing with minimal supervision.
Detail oriented, proactive mindset comfortable in a hi-tempo environment.
Able and willing to learn new skills and take on new challenges as necessary.
Legendary customer service skills
Education: High School diploma required
Interest or experience in the Wellness industry
6 months in a related technology or data entry environment
Employee Status: Part-Time, Non-Exempt
