Manage the overall success client implementation projects by providing clear direction and project scope requirements. Work with various internal teams in defining the overall success path including detailed work break down structure, time and cost elements, risk assessments, UAT, delivery/acceptance and post production follow-up. Projects supported will vary in time and complexity in one of the following areas: Client Implementations, Service Improvements, Efficiencies Projects and Client Proof of Concepts. The role is a hands-on project management role.
Agree critical success criteria for the implementation projects with Program Manager
Provide accurate, timely tracking of tasks throughout the life-cycle of the Project
Assist with the establishment of the Project Team, and align with the Global Programme Strategy and Plan
Assist with compilation and subsequent management of the global budget for the delivery of the project
Provide pertinent input to Project Plans (incl. roadmaps)
Set up appropriate governance to ensure visibility of the performance of the project implementation; this may include, but is not limited to, daily/weekly/monthly project status report production
Project Manage the activities of the Project Team to integrate and align all aspects of the solution; to include conducting and leading scheduled team meetings
Coordinate and schedule project work with all departments affected by initiative
Manage the relationship with all stakeholders during the program delivery and ensure high satisfaction with the implementation of the project.
Documentation of business rules, process re-engineering and lessons learned where applicable, during each project
Technical / Professional Expertise
Computer savvy with proficiency in Word, Excel and Access.
Solid experience motivating people to perform their job related responsibilities.
Strong communication, listening and interpersonal skills.

4 year college degree or 5 years of prior relevant experience.
SQL a plus
Proven track record of delivering telecom expense management projects
Experience and familiarity with the full range of voice, data and wireless telecom services and carriers
