Data Integration Analyst Evolv On-Demand
Evolv?s Data Solutions team is seeking a client-facing database and ETL analyst/developer. You will be responsible for integrating customer data feeds into Evolv?s data warehouse and supporting technical requests for data from end users. The role encompasses all aspects of the software development lifecycle and offers the chance to use a number of current technologies, including MySQL, Talend Open Studio, Linux, Java, Ruby, Amazon Web Services, and NoSQL. In addition to working with Evolv?s professional services and analytics teams, the role includes consulting with client business users, executives, and IT staff. Will consider remote work situations based on candidate?s background and experience.

Consult with customers to obtain data feeds from HR and performance management systems, data warehouses, and other source
Develop ETL and stored procedure routines to integrate customer data feeds into Evolv?s data warehouse
Improve process automation and data standardization methodology
Assist in the design, development, and maintenance of Evolv?s data warehouse
Explain technical subjects in terms non-technical people can understand
Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems or Computer Science
3+ years professional work experience
Mid-to-advanced knowledge of relational database, DW/BI, and enterprise ETL concepts and technology (Oracle, MySQL, SQL Server, DB2, Kimball, Informatica, Talend, Abinitio, etc.)
Experience performing complex SQL query optimization and tuning
Basic knowledge of statistics and predictive data modeling
Self-motivated and able to work in a dynamic, unstructured environment
Desire and ability to learn new technologies and programming languages
Capable of applying creative, original, and thoughtful solutions to business problems
Ability to thrive on uncertainty and prioritize multiple deadlines
Desire to create modern solutions for human resources enterprise software
Willingness to try new solutions to problems even if hindsight shows an idea was ?dumb?
