Data Integration Lead ? Glendale or Austin
You will be responsible for gathering integration requirements, designing integration solutions, preparing technical requirements and specifications for integration projects, setting up data integration strategy, implementing solutions using Pervasive/SSIS, managing integration development, validating, and maintaining the Legalzoom integration platform.
This role will develop integration solutions based on integration needs from other teams & business users.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENT
CS degree, MIS, IS, or Engineering
Required Skills:
8+ years of overall software development lifecycle.
5+ years in gathering & preparing requirements.
5+ years of experience in designing integration projects.
5+ years of experience in implementing Data integration using Pervasive/SSIS.
5+ years of experience in T-SQL or similar SQL programming.
Experience in integration performance tuning & troubleshooting.
Responsible for understanding user requirements and clearly communicating to other team members.
Experience in validating & reviewing integration solutions built by other teams.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in integrating with non ODBC sources.
Exposure in integrating with salesforce.com, marketing systems, Sales Tax Systems, Web Services, and Accounting/Financial systems.
ETL experience in DW environment is a plus.
Duties:
Work with architects, PMs, other tech leads, and business users to gather integration requirements, conduct analysis, design integration solutions, and prioritize requests.
Translate requirements into technical specifications and develop integration solutions or send to off shore team for implementation.
Deploy and validate integration in various environments.
Contribute to and support the organization?s Integration and BI strategy.
Convert existing integration solutions to a standardized infrastructure using Pervasive or other applicable integration tools like SSIS.
Implement data loading (ETL) and publishing processes within the DW/BI environment.
Maintain all production integration projects.
Support complex data extract requests using T-SQL.
Build reports to monitor & validate integration projects.
