Position Description
The Data Integration Support Specialist will be responsible for managing the data integration activities associated with external partners/sellers. Working with Content Team and Category Managers, this position will interface with multiple accounts in both a support, as well as analytic role. Ideal candidate will be expected to use a broad range of techniques and experience to identify enhancements and improvements to both the integration process as well as data analysis. Because of the company?s rapid growth, this role will be expected to contribute to the future design of the data integration and analysis process. This position will interface with Clients throughout the integration cycle and therefore the candidate must be a highly organized person with demonstrated analytic as well as communication skills.
Responsibilities:
Partner with Content Team and Category Managers to manage sellers data integration issues related to data exchanges, including data requirements definition, development, testing, integration, data support tickets and ongoing service enhancements.
Build and maintain the data integration processes for multiple sellers and product lines.
Implement QA measures, reports and processes across multiple products and sellers. Develop QA automation for efficient distribute and monitoring of QA initiatives.
Monitor, identify, track and resolve all daily data integration issues associated with the delivery of seller services. Manage the data issue resolution process from start to finish both internally and external organization.
Work with sellers to communicate product specific data requirements. Analyze seller data to identify adherence to data requirements, critical gaps within data sets, and to develop acceptable processes for any data exceptions.

Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience in a technical role
Experience:
At least 3 years? experience in data and report analytics
Experience working with ecommerce data is a plus;
Experience with web Services/SOA preferred
Experience with XML preferred
Experience with EDI/File receipt/transmissions a plus
Knowledge of file security and file transmission techniques a plus
Scripting language experience a plus
Ability to work in a team environment and independently;
