DescriptionThe Data Management Analyst will utilize internally developed software to load and manage data projects and e-campaigns for the fundraising team, analyze and maintain prospect databases, as well as create and manage standard and ad hoc reporting for clients and internal staff.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Load data and setup fundraising projects.
Create data files for clients.
Handle ad hoc reporting and data manipulation per the client and internal requests.
Setup and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
Manipulate data on the CAMPUSCALL system to produce special requests for management.
Setup and manage email queries through email marketing software.
QUALIFICATIONS: Education, Licenses/Certifications and Work Experience:
Required:
Experience with databases, and working knowledge of SQL.
Analytical skills, ability to multi-task, prioritize duties and have general attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Technical degree or 3 - 5 years experience in a technical field.
Desire/ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Proficient in use of Microsoft Excel.
Preferred:
Working knowledge of FoxPro.
Ability to document and keep updated current processes and procedures.
