Strong software engineering background
Either open source contributions or professional work
Computer science background (BS in CS is fine, masters/PhD better)
Research, data science interest
Awesome Python, SQL, Hadoop, Postgres skills
Ability to wrap your head around Demand Prediction, Supply Chain, Surge Pricing
Driven, focused self-starters
