Requirements
T-SQL Queries - Required 1-3 Years
Customer Support - Required 1-3 Years
Education
Bachelors degree in CIS, MIS, Computer Science (or related field) or equivalent relevant experience
Experience
Must be extremely detail-oriented and thorough
Must have excellent problem solving skills and enjoy challenges
Must understand large, complex relational database table structures
Must be able to understand co-dependencies in data and be able to effectively scrub/manipulate data in SQL
Excellent customer service skills and a friendly attitude
Must display strong teamwork and interpersonal skills along with excellent verbal & written communication skills

Duties & Functions
Create, modify and troubleshoot SQL DTS packages, SSIS packages, Store Procedures and Jobs
Convert, manipulate and scrub large volumes of data in various formats, in SQL Server 2000/2005, MS Excel and Access
Write complex queries, joins, and updates using Transact SQL programming
Work with our internal DBA and Network team to resolve configuration or hardware issues with our Web Servers and SQL Servers
Work with 3rd party vendors to setup software and integrations required to integrate with customer?s financial/accounting system
Manage and resolve data related issues on a daily basis that are reported by customers and internal employees in an effort to meet individual & department goals
Provide remote technical support to customers by utilizing web-based desktop-sharing technology
Follow defined process to ensure customers receive regular updates on open issues via phone and e-mail
Maintain high customer satisfaction with customer service, technical and consultative skills, and acquired knowledge of the product
Serve as a liaison between Development and Customer Support on bug fixes, escalated support issues and enhancements
Communicate and educate internal employees on product functionality and various integrations
