The Data Services Engineer is responsible for data services work associated with the iModules client base, who utilize our web-based software application, which combines leading edge constituent management, event planning, and fundraising tools with an integrated communication and content management platform.This position will oversee client data exchange processes, configure data related portions of the software, provide Level 2 database management support, and have direct client communication on various data topics.
Responsibilities:
Configuration of database management portions of our web-based software
Processing of data imports/exports for implementation and managed services clients
Providing Level 2 database management support
Training clients on the import/export of data, including the use of and installation of data integration products
Review of data documents and files sent by clients during implementation, as well as verifying that such files are formatted and properly mapped for the database build process
Providing data auditing services Management of client reporting & analytics
Desired Qualifications/Experience:
SQL, HTML, XML, and/or Web Services knowledge a plus
Strong analytical skills & attention to detail
Ability to multi-task
Strong verbal skills
General database knowledge
Strong PC skills, including Excel
Strong will to learn
Bachelor?s degree with a major in computer science, business, or equivalent experience
