The Data Solutions Developer is a member of a high-energy, fast-paced, and expanding team of Data Solutions specialists. As experts in the field of ETL and Data normalization, the Data Solutions Developers work directly with the development teams at Extend Health in addition to various other departments to drive automation and innovation. The close integration with both technical and business sides of the company leads to team members becoming Subject Matter Experts in various Extend Health systems.
Develop and maintain complex ETL processes for loading of data from varying sources into Extend Health systems using SSIS and custom .Net ETL tools
Develop and maintain T-SQL used in data normalization and ETL processes
Develop and maintain middleware for use by internal end-users
Optimize performance of solutions
Act as technical lead on projects (gather requirements, design, implement, and test a solution from start to delivery)
Work as a member of a fast-paced team of Data Solutions experts
Intermediate knowledge of SQL programming with a minimum of 2 years? experience with MS SQL.
Proficient knowledge of industry standard ETL/DW tools (SSIS, DataStage, etc.)
Must be comfortable using SSIS Script Tasks (C# or VB.Net)
Working understanding of Agile project management
Ability to work efficiently (self-prioritization of tasks a must)
