This position is a non-client facing role that is focused on supporting survey deployment, testing, data analysis, and delivery of results to a client.
Full ownership of the survey deployment process, including:
Questionnaire data input and testing
Working with research analysts to update and maintain deployed surveys
Coordinating survey deployment process with internal client service team and technical team
Assistance in data analysis and reporting, including:
Processing data requests using in-house analytic tools
Creating reports using MS Excel, MS Access, MS Powerpoint, SPSS
Processing standard reports and sending to clients
Creating charts in MS Excel
Task Tracking and Process Improvement
Tracking survey activity
Maintaining survey quality
Managing data collection in email surveys
Updating process documents
Proactively working within the Delivery Operations Team and with other internal teams to streamline deployment and reporting processes
Managing username and passwords to data portal
Bachelor degree required
1-2 years professional work experience preferred
Education or work experience in Market Research or Survey Design preferred
Excellent MS Office skills (Excel, Access, Power Point, Word)
Programming experience (Visual Basic), experience with SPSS or other statistical software, or prior experience with data manipulation preferred
Excellent time management skills
Successful implementation and follow-through on projects
Basic knowledge of statistics preferred
Ability to accept and act on constructive feedback
Interest in internet research, web analytics, market research, or customer satisfaction research
