About the Job

Nexant is currently seeking a Data Specialist for our Chandler, AZ office.
Duties and Responsibilities
Provide basic troubleshooting and recommend solutions.
Communicate effectively as part of a team approach with other departments in servicing customers.
Maintain proper records in company databases.
Complete assignments and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.
Directly respond to email and voice mail inquiries.
Provide exceptional customer service and call handling for service and sales inquiries.
Properly escalate calls to designated individuals and departments.
Assist Company with customer communication announcement.
Customer Service Quality and experience per call, processing quality.
May provide peer training to co-workers, job shadowing support as assigned in area of responsibility.
Willing to serve any program.
Other duties as directed.
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Excellent writing, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word.
Aptitude to learn and become proficient using company proprietary computer software is required.
Strong attention to detail.
Must be able to multi-task, follow directions.
Must have excellent time management skills.
Proficient in 10-key data entry from computer keyboard.
Able to work independently and in a team environment.
Some experience in a call center environment preferred.
Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
Ability to learn complex technical subjects.
Knowledge of energy efficiency or the building efficiency industry is a plus.
An aptitude for representing technical/electronic energy products.
