DescriptionThe Data & Systems Assistant ? SFUSD at Revolution Foods will be a member of the Northern California market and will work as a part of a dynamic, socially minded entrepreneurial team. This individual will play a critical role in supporting day to day operations with accountability for menu record keeping and completing daily production records. Additional duties entail nutrition compliance and audit support, managing daily order changes and administrative support to the department. This position reports to the Partnerships & Systems Specialist.Requirements
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Information Maintenance and Data Entry (85%)
Under the supervision of the Partnership and Systems Specialist, efficiently and accurately manage all data entry of at school orders into Nutritional Software database for SFUSD.
Generate production records and printing records for distribution.
Manage information updates to records as appropriate and necessary.
SFUSD Support (15%)
Support Customer and Systems Specialist on SFUSD nutrition compliance including training, material development and order changes.
Support dispatch in ensuring packing slips and production records are successfully delivered to sites on a daily basis.
Support Partnership team with general data entry and systems updates as appropriate.
QUALITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS
The successful candidate will possess the following skills and attributes:
Solid computer skills, especially in using the Microsoft Word, Excel, Salesforce and Outlook; as well as comfort in quickly learning new programs.
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and quick problem solving skills.
Proven record in consistent, efficient and accurate quality of work.
Outstanding organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects/deadlines independently.
Exceptional attention to detail in day to day tasks.
Strong ability to thrive and highly perform in a young company environment.
