The Role
The Product Development team is looking for a Data Visualization Developer. This individual must be a highly motivated professional who enjoys working in a fast paced, agile development environment. This position will be responsible for the development of analytics driven visualization dashboards for all our product offerings.
Responsibilities
Translate product requirements and business questions into report requirements and visualization dashboards
Lead the design and implementation of data visualization dashboards for internal and external users
Develop and maintain documentation and reference material for the users; and conduct user training.
Work with all departments to create dashboards to assist in business decisions
Work independently to achieve successful results with minimal guidance.
Desired Skills & Experience
Requirements
Data Visualization
SQL Server
Tableau Software, Spotfire or Qlikview
Analytics Systems
4+ years of experience in information visualization, visual analytics, statistics and data analysis
4+ years of experience with data visualization software (Tableau, Spotfire, Qlikview, etc.)
1+ year of experience with SQL Server, Vertica or other database system
Bachelor's degree in CS or equivalent training and certifications
4+ years of experience in information visualization, visual analytics, statistics and data analysis
Bonus Skills
Familiarity with analytics systems such as Omniture, SAS, Google Analytics, etc.
Data modeling, cluster analysis
Familiarity with Big Data technologies
