We are looking for all-star Data Warehouse Engineer to join our talented team of developers. In this role, you will be responsible for retrieving data and analyzing it. You should have proficiency with parsing data and data base configuration. If you like data and like to build a large scale data base infrastructure this job is for you. Optimize our distributed logs processing / big data framework
Experiment with different tools, libraries, and environments to optimize our heterogeneous data (activity stream, impressions, transactions, users etc)
Create data-parsing mechanisms to extract data that is relevant to the engineering and business teams
Develop and optimize real-time content analysis tools to increase relevancy of offered content
Strong experience in the design and development of large scale data processing systems
Active experience with open source distributed processing components such as Hadoop, MySQL etc.
Slice and dice big data, perform data mining and fuel analytics applications
Demonstrated interest and capacity to stay apprised of technology trends and resourcefulness in effectively applying them to solutions
Build a fast, reliable and scalable database system to hold and report business and engineering related data
Collaborate with other engineers and users to provide timely access to data and support company initiative

Experience building large scalable database structures
Experience working with parsing servers to extract relevant data
Experience analyzing data and insuring its accuracy
+5 years of MySQL database experience and building large scale databases
+3 years of Hadoop or other NO-SQL database technologies
Experience with web servers & databases
Experience with distributed systems and huge datasets
Extensive experience programming on Unix Platforms
Preferable Job Qualifications:
Industry experience with large data sets
Masters degree in Computer Science
Knowledge of Perl, Python or other scripting languages
Experience with searching and indexing
