Job Description:
We are looking for a senior engineer to fill the role of database architect and developer.
Responsibilities:
Look at the big picture and entire system (OLTP, ETL, Data Warehouse, Reporting) and drive solutions.
Performance management and tuning of the entire system.
Actively participate in the development process with developers. Needs familiarity with java and scripting.
Experience with database administration, data modeling, application data migration, PL/SQL development.
Good knowledge of AWR, ADDM.
Evaluate, recommend and/or implement tools, technologies, designs and processes to ensure a high quality product platform.
Qualifications and Skills Required:
BS or MS in Computer Science or related field.
5+ years of solid industry experience designing, building and deploying enterprise-class software applications with 3+ years in a technical leadership role.
Experience with Service Oriented Architectures (SOA) and SaaS solutions is required.
Experience working on large, complex system in production with several customers, high scalability and high throughput.
Broad technical experience with object-oriented methodologies, web technologies, distributed systems and database design.
