In order to reach our goals, we?re looking to hire Production Coordinators to join our team in Washington, DC.
Primary Responsibilities:
Review contract terms to ensure submitted deals are of the highest quality.
Manage communication and coordinate the production lifecycle process for each city's Daily Deal to include: compiling creative elements, design reviews and quality assurance for each promotion
Manage logistics of promotions directly with the merchant primarily via phone
Set up merchant promotions using LivingSocial's proprietary content management system
Create promotional email and schedule for distribution to all members in corresponding city
Requirements:
Experience maintaining close attention to detail in a fast-paced, rapidly-changing environment
Solid understanding of social networks such as Facebook, twitter, and the blogosphere
Excellent interpersonal, communication, customer service and negotiation skills
Fundamental project management skills
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree
2-3 years of related work experience
Strong computer skills and the ability to learn quickly
Detailed oriented with ability to be the last set of eyes before promotions launch
Excellent work ethic with a proven record for delivering business value
Adaptable - able to change priorities rapidly and work well under pressure
Multilingual candidates are encouraged to apply
