THIS JOB HAS EXPIRED A global provider of intelligent mobile video optimization and web acceleration technologies to the Telecom industry is looking for Delivery & Customer Support America to oversee and manage all post-sales and deployment activities for the company?s operations in the Americas region.
This is a wonderful opportunity to play a key role in growing the company in the Americas.
? Reporting to VP Customer Services & Support, the Delivery and Customer Support Manager will have an overall responsibility for complex project deployments & post sales professional services activities for the company?s products as well as for custom-tailored solutions, until customer acceptance.
? Direct management of a distributed customer services group (10 people in 3 teams).
? Provides tools, and defines processes & PM methodologies.
? Participates in meetings with key customers in the region.
? Experienced in international CS management in the Mobile Internet / Mobile Telecom / Telecom industry - Must
? Bachelor's degree in engineering or computer science - preferable.
? Technical Background - Knowledge of network components such as load balancers, switches, Linux, RH - operating system. Capability to engage customers in technical discussions of proposed solutions and requirements and an ability to communicate these effectively to others within the Company.
? Willingness for travel (up to 30%).
? Excellent oral and written communications in English.
? Organization and interpersonal skills.
Location: NY/NJ area
