Dell Boomi Business Development Consultant Boomi
Dell Boomi, the market-leading provider of on-demand integration technology and the creator of AtomSphere, the industry's first-to-market Integration Cloud? is seeking an experienced, resourceful Business Development Manager to target, qualify, onboard, and continuously nurture and grow our ISV (independent software vendors) and Consulting/SI channel of Boomi?s innovative integration technology.
Based upon our rapid growth of partnering with firms specializing in systems integration to both SaaS technologies and on premise applications, we are conducting an accelerated search for a representative to support the acquisition of new partners and successfully manage our existing ecosystem. The role will include, yet may not be limited to profiling and targeting strategic prospects, negotiating and executing the contractual arrangements, supporting the partner enablement and onboarding process, devising and executing against partner?s annual performance goals and objectives, and key contributor to the overall success of our thriving partner community.
Essential Job Function:
? Qualification, selection and acquisition of inbound Consulting/SI and ISV partner leads
? Collaboratively work with internal stakeholders to identify and target key ISVs, Consulting/SI and MSP firms to pursue for strategic partnership
? Execute on the then-current processes and procedures to enable scalable and sustainable growth via the ISV and Consulting/SI communities
? Continuously refine and collaborate on the ISV and Consulting/SI Portfolio? on-boarding process, including, yet not limited to enablement activities, partner relationship management system, external partner portal administration, intranet content, partner webcasts, partner training and certification for partners, with all applicable internal stakeholders
? Ensure cross-organizational communication and education of the ever-growing Dell Boomi Channel
? Act as primary liaison, with regular cadence for Dell Boomi? existing channel partners
? Continuously assess ISV and Consulting/SI partner? annual performance metrics and outcomes to nurture growth and optimize channel revenues
? Minimum BA or BS in a related field
? Minimum 6 years in the software technology industry, with 3 years in business development, partner program management or alliance management experience
? Strong experience in architecting indirect sales/business models
? Contract negotiation skills required
? Demonstrated success in program and/or relationship management
? Strong organizational skills and demonstrated ability of interacting and presenting to senior level management and cross-departmental collaboration
? Excellent communication skills: verbal, written and presentation
? Results oriented, customer focused, and able to plan, organize and coordinate the necessary arrangements to achieve successful business results
? Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects
? Microsoft Office skills, specifically Word, Excel and Powerpoint
Preferred Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Background:
? Software industry experience, specifically Software-as-a-Service or integration technology experience preferred
