This individual will collaborate on generating and nurturing qualified sales leads for both transactional opportunities and opportunity pipeline for our sales organization. Specific responsibilities include:
Coordinating on the overall demand generation strategy
Designing online and offline campaigns that generate leads, build brand and drive awareness
Measuring and monitoring sales funnel activity to ensure predictable pipeline building
Analyzing and enhancing current campaigns, while incorporating feedback into future campaigns
Establishing and reporting campaign metrics, closed loop reporting and ROI
Support the sales organization with appropriate campaigns aligned with sales goals
Establishing communications processes to ensure sales organizations are aware of campaign activities
Leveraging Eloqua or Marketo, Salesforce and other tools to track activity levels, gauge falloff, score and nurture leads
Create cohesive campaign flow that responds to the customer lifecycle
Requirements:
Prior demand creation and/or end-user marketing responsibility for a SaaS product.
Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills, good organizational skills, good copywriting skills, detail oriented, excellent in analyzing numbers.
Experience with Salesforce, Eloqua, Marketo and other demand generation tools
Demonstrated ability to lead online marketing campaigns and experience how to drive website traffic that convert into leads.
Knowledge of email privacy laws and email best practices.
Ability to work with minimum supervision and display strong self-initiative.
Experience and expertise in using online and offline marketing, including email, webinars and social media, to drive B2B leads.
Must have tremendous tenacity to bring about results while collaborating with other departments.
