We?re searching for a metrics-focused, Demand Generation Manager that loves to build lead generation campaigns and measure results, using the latest demand generation, digital marketing and CRM tools.
With offices in Flemington NJ and Boston MA, Greenlight Technologies is the enterprise player in providing automated, company-wide business controls monitoring, to detect and resolve access and organizational risk.

This is a fast-paced, post startup environment on a mission to manage risk for businesses and governments globally. We have big name customers like IBM, Phillips, Shell, the US
Government, Coca Cola? over 150 customers with 100,000 + users. This position reports to the Vice President of Sales and can be located in either Flemington NJ or Boston MA.
Drive all lead/demand generation programs by working with the field and aligning with global sales objectives:
? Develop programs to test, measure and refine email, web marketing and progressive nurturing campaigns
? Track program results; manage marketing metrics and ROI analysis in Marketo. Past experience marketing automation software is required
? Be a CRM evangelist in deploying CRM to sales. Develop the integration of all lead generation programs with CRM for real-time reporting and measurement
? Manage the execution of campaigns that build pipeline and generate qualified leads and drive sales
? Greenlight has had significant success with Salesforce. Past success with Salesforce is a plus
Have a strong commitment to Search Engine Marketing to support Closed-loop nurturing programs for sales:
? Utilize the website as a strategic demand generation tool, driving conversion from visitors to leads
? Be well versed in web usability, landing page optimization and using web effectiveness tools like Google Analytics/AdWords
At Greenlight we care about a strong prospect and customer database:
? Continue the build out the segmentation of our prospect database for improved targeting
? Support the growth with outside telemarketing firms, list rentals, LinkedIn activities, social media and SEM programs
Ideal candidates will possess most or all of the following qualifications:
? Previous experience marketing high tech software solutions
? 3-5 years of enterprise marketing experience, with a focus on demand generation
? Experience with developing integrated, multi-touch marketing plans
? Experience with CRM and marketing automation systems
? Excellent oral and written communication skills
? Proven ability to excel in a fast-paced environment is extremely important
? High-energy, team-oriented, analytical individual and leader with a passion for building businesses
? University degree
