We are currently recruiting for a Demand Generation Marketing Manager who is a team player and willing to handle a
wide variety of tasks on a daily basis. The Demand Generation Marketing Manager will play a key role for the
company by working with marketing and sales stakeholders to establish an end-to-end leads process and then
guiding the implementation and execution across the Marketing and Sales teams. In addition to working with great

Position Summary:
The Demand Generation Marketing Manager will drive the definition and development of a robust demand generation,
lead nurturing, handoff and tracking process which results in sales receiving a steady flow of well qualified leads. The
role will also be responsible for participating in multiple marketing related projects with a major focus on lead
development and nurturing for general lead flow as well as specific, targeted marketing campaigns. This role reports
to the Marketing Manager and works closely with the Sales and Marketing teams.
Job Responsibilities:
In addition to establishing and managing an overall process for lead management at Rogue Wave, the Demand
Generation Marketing Manager will participate in the following activities on a regular basis.
? In partnership with the Sales Team, responsible for driving the completeness and accuracy of marketing lead
information, handoff to sales, lead flow process and tracking reports.
? Owns responsibility for managing all internal and external lead lists/sources.
? Partner with members of the marketing team to support demand generation / lead nurturing campaigns,
including participation with campaign planning and execution, audience / list targeting, and reporting of results.
? Primary Marketing user for the importing, management and tracking of leads while maintaining the marketing
lead processes within CRM.
? Work with sales, marketing and other stakeholders to develop lead scoring criteria within CRM to validate a
lead?s quality before advancing it through the lead / opportunity funnel.
? Work with marketing stakeholders to create lead nurture programs that will increase opportunities as well as
speed current opportunities already in the sales pipeline.
? Define and report on the lead to close process, and conduct rigorous measurement of sales and marketing
programs at both a macro and micro level. Analyze campaign outcomes in detail, draw insights and make databased adjustments.
? Produce regular reports and dashboards with analysis to demonstrate campaign progress on revenue, pipeline,
and awareness through reports on leads, conversions, opportunities, revenue potential and ROI.
Business and Technical Competencies:
? This position requires technical proficiency (expert user level) in the use of lead management packages (CRMs
such as Microsoft Dynamics or SalesForce) and familiarity with lead nurturing process.
? Exceptional verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
? Solid presentation and project management skills.
? Ability to work independently, learn quickly, be flexible, demonstrate solid judgment, exhibit excellent followthrough.
? Professionalism to work directly with customers at all levels, both external and those within the organization.
Work Experience and Education:
Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field is required with 5+ years of work experience in B2B marketing role,
including demand generation.
