Qvidian?s Demand Generation Manager will leverage positioning, messaging, competitive and buyer-persona intelligence and other information related to our products to target and generate a consistent flow of quality leads for our sales team. And, because we?re proud of the closed-loop, data-driven approach we take to assessing the leads we generate?and our ability to identify marketing?s impact on Qvidian?s bottom line?candidates should have experience tracking and analyzing program/campaign effectiveness, as well as a track record of achieving lead/demand generation goals and influencing new sales opportunities.

Primary Responsibilities:
Develop, manage and execute integrated marketing campaigns that drive awareness and net-new leads for Qvidian?s products; leverage a variety of demand gen tactics including email & direct mail campaigns, conference/trade show sponsorships, webinars and other virtual events, social media, videos, advertising, etc. to generate net-new pipeline
Initiate and manage persona-specific nurture campaigns to accelerate lead movement through the demand generation funnel; build targeted lists, write compelling copy, test offers and landing page layout, advise and contribute to content strategy, etc.
Build strong relationships with the sales team and develop and refine campaigns that help them achieve their revenue goals
Use Salesforce.com and Marketo to track and analyze key marketing metrics including campaign cost, response rate, effectiveness & ROI; recommend tactical and strategic campaign changes that improve conversion rates throughout the various stages of the demand gen funnel
Travel occasionally to conferences and events
Background Requirements:
5+ years experience developing and executing demand generation programs for a B2B technology company, preferably in the SaaS space
Experience, comfort, and a desire to work with innovative technology and market to savvy sales and marketing leaders
Strong knowledge of marketing automation and sales force automation (Marketo and Salesforce.com preferred)
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Bachelor?s degree
