Summary
The Demand Generation Programs Manager will drive the ongoing execution and management of B2B Advertising and Demand Generation campaigns targeted to vertical markets. The overall program will raise the visibility and awareness of Motion, while also helping marketing to deliver highly qualified leads across geographies.
The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of demand generation experience, with proven experience implementing, managing and tracking programs to generate leads and nurture them until they are qualified to be passed to both the Motion sales team and channel partners. The position will also assist with branding efforts, including collateral and content development, and other communications deliverables as needed.
Qualifications and Experience
The Product Manager is expected to:
Plan, oversee and measure strategies related to lead generation programs
Establish measurable response rates, conversion rates, and ROI for all programs
Analyze and report results of all programs and create communications to report results to executive management
Create and maintain timelines/action plans on assigned projects to ensure thoughtful, timely development
Monitor quality control of deliverables ensuring they are up to standards.
Work with Creative team to ensure look, feel and brand guidelines are met
Work with external vendors including the management and implementation of third party tools
Develop recommendations for quarterly advertising and lead generation campaigns, including reviewing available tactics, negotiating rates and managing internal and vendor paperwork)
Execute advertising and demand generation plans on time and on budget (collect materials specifications, manage materials development, traffic materials)
Develop campaign measurement plan and forecast campaign costs, conversion and ROI
Manage budgets and invoicing associated with campaigns
Ensure campaigns meet partner requirements for reimbursement as appropriate (Intel, Microsoft). Secure proof of performance and submit programs for reimbursement to appropriate partners
Manage media vendor relationships as required
Drive both the creation of content and the management of external vendors in regards to content development needs to drive campaign value
Required experience and knowledge:
5-7+ years Corporate Marketing experience with an emphasis on demand generation and lead management
Evidence of progressive responsibility in marketing programs and campaign management
Bachelor?s Degree, preferably in Marketing or Business Administration; MBA desired, but not required
Experience using data to inform marketing strategy
Strong writing and presentation skills
Ability to oversee development of creative concepts for promotional campaigns (draft creative strategy brief, oversee review cycles, etc.)
Experience successfully coordinating and managing small to large-scale projects from creation through implementation and measurement
Excellent project management skills required
Strong work ethic with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
