Demand Generation Programs Manager Spiceworks

This position is responsible for owning the full demand generation programs agenda and ensuring the delivery and effectiveness of individual programs. The Programs Manager keeps all the trains running and is all-knowing on status and performance.
Responsibilities
Owning the full demand generation programs agenda
Ensuring that all planned programs are delivered, are measurable and perform optimally
Coordinating activity among/across channel owners (ie web, email, advertising, etc)
Jumping into individual programs and directly contributing to successful delivery where needed (ie wireframing, copywriting, etc)
Defining and designing new programs for acquiring and nurturing leads
Determining trade-off decisions for programs that end up ?competing? for resources and funding
Qualifications
3-5 years experience managing and contributing to marketing programs in the context of demand generation and sales enablement
Specific expertise in online marketing via email, web, PPC, display advertising and other areas
Significant experience enabling and tracking analytics and reporting for program performance (ie program performance by channel, cost per lead analysis, performance by program type, etc)
Experience and ability to contribute directly to programs and fill in gaps as we continue to build out the team
Marketing experience with B2B solutions, IT industry preferable
