As a member of the Lead Development group within the Sales Department, you are responsible for collaborating with and supporting the team in developing and creating demand generation campaigns to drive new business. With creative program elements, you effectively target audiences based on market demographics that align with the Operative solution and sales goals.

?Support the design, testing, and execution of programs that generate demand and build positive prospect relationships in the early stages of the sales cycle
?Experiment with new sources of lead generation to meet Sales? pipeline goals
?Investing time and effort in industry knowledge acquisition; degree of ?early adopter? of sales strategies, approaches, and tools; advocacy of new ideas; ability to add insight into trends and new developments; application of relevant thought leadership to sales campaigns
?Identify unqualified opportunities from the pipeline, enabling Sales to focus on selling qualified opportunities and closing deals at higher rates
?Help draft marketing content that is aligned with prospects? search for information throughout the buying process
?Creating e-mail copy; conducting e-mail prospecting campaigns; using a ?system? to scale prospecting efforts; integrating e-mail efforts with internal lead nurture and/or demand generation programs; generating new Opportunities through e-mail prospecting efforts
?Leveraging corporate demand generation programs; using 3rd party and corporate content in e-mail campaigns; directing prospects and clients to the corporate website and marketing materials as a means of stimulating demand and/or supporting existing campaigns; injecting pre-sales collateral into sales campaigns
?Converting leads to opportunities; following up in timeframes; using digital body language and other communications cues during lead development campaigns; returning unproductive leads back to Marketing for further nurturing
?Work with management to develop measurement tools to gauge program effectiveness and to assist in the overall goals of the Sales Development team
?Monitor and document processes to ensure streamlined operations from demand generation activity to Sales hand-off
?Strong verbal and written communication, analytical skills, and attention to detail
?Strong interpersonal skills?must be able to work with Sales team as well as internal departments such as Account Management, Managed Services, and Finance
?Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
?Demonstrated ability to use independent judgment and creativity in designing programs and resolving execution issues
?Microsoft Office applications are required; graphic design and web technologies a plus
?CRM experience a plus
?Minimum 1-2 years related work experience
